Primarily responsible for the management of day-to-day operations of the Section of Hematology Oncology
Serves as the first point of contact for the Section of Hematology/Oncology faculty, staff, and visitors

Required

Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient data entry and keyboarding skills

Ability to demonstrate initiative and organize activities
Ability to be prioritize and work with multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work as part of a professional team and collaborate effectively with individuals within the university as well as outside contractors
High School Diploma or equivalent
Three years of administrative secretarial experience

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree
Experience working in medical/academic office
Experience using PatientKeeper and eCW
Experience working in social media
Experience writing webpage content
