Career Accelerator Program - Systems Marketing Engineer (SEM) - MS/PhD

Responsibilities
Work with customers to provide innovative solutions to their most challenging problems
Utilizing TI’s broad portfolio to combine TI parts to create whole system level solutions to accelerate customer product life cycle
Combine Hardware and software capabilities to further integrate complete TI solutions
Reference design Development including: block diagram, schematic capture, PCB layout, fabrication and assembly, testing
Interface directly with TI business units and customers to influence product roadmaps
Gather user requirements, translate them to functional specifications, and implement solutions and enhancements to broader end equipments
Provide complete documentation for system level solution
Perform troubleshooting and debugging on issues related to the system working directly with customers
Qualification
Required
Minimum BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field
Minimum Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA
Preferred
Understanding of and experience with system design, including writing IC design specifications, developing algorithms and creating system reference models
Knowledge in structured and/or object oriented programming (C, C++) and signal processing tools (Matlab)
Analysis of common electrical circuits
Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
Strong verbal and written communication skills including ability to present solutions to key stakeholders and customers
Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
Familiar with schematic capture simulation tools
Ability to use data and calculations to select best fitting parts
Ability to break down and analyze complex systems
