Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Primary responsible for accounts payable preparing weekly check runs

Prepare weekly subcontractors payment batches and ensure subcontractors compliance (COI, subcontracts agreement, ROL, etc.)

Perform month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting

Reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other general ledger accounts

Prepare and review account analysis and support financial audits

Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and relevant regulations

Assist with tax filings, including sales tax and property tax, as necessary

Support internal and external audits, providing requested documentation and explanations

Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements in accounting operations

Assist with ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as needed

Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and implement best practices

Respond to inquiries from management regarding financial data and reports

Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the finance department

Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as required
