Responsibilities

Perform monthly bank reconciliations for multiple client physician practices
Review and reconcile transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper categorization in QuickBooks
Manage accounts payable, including vendor invoices, client obligations, and payment schedules
Interpret financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow trends) and identify variances or issues
Produce monthly and quarterly financial reports for physician practice clients
Analyze revenue, expenses, provider productivity, payer mix, and operational drivers
Conduct workflow and performance observations as client familiarity grows
Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for improvement
Support budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and pro forma development
Build and maintain client-facing dashboards using Power Apps (or Power BI) to track KPIs, trends, revenue-cycle measures, and practice performance
Present insights in visuals that help physicians and administrators quickly understand what matters most
Participate in client meetings to review financial results, dashboards, and strategic recommendations
Communicate complex financial concepts in a clear, approachable manner
Build strong working relationships with physicians, administrators, and internal teams
Serve as a trusted financial support resource for multiple practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
2–5 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or healthcare operations preferred
Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Query, etc.)
Ability to interpret financial statements and reconcile accounts accurately
Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with clients

Preferred

Experience in healthcare, supporting physician practices, medical groups, or consulting clients
Working knowledge of QuickBooks (Desktop or Online)
Experience building dashboards in Power Apps or Power BI
