Responsibilities
Oversee compliance processes and support program leadership in all areas connected to PSA standards
Review Significant Incident Reports of Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment (SA/SIRs) across assigned programs
Track external investigations and ensure internal actions are completed in a timely manner
Serve as a key resource and subject-matter consultant for staff and leadership
Maintain flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support operational needs
Qualification
Required
BA in social services or related field with 5 years supervisory/managerial experience in residential childcare
Master's degree in social services or related field with 2 years supervisor/managerial experience in residential childcare
Experience conducting internal investigations regarding sexual abuse incidents
Cleared Tuberculosis test results
Cleared background check from appropriate entity
Cleared drug test results (for Texas programs only)
Strong understanding of state licensing standards related to child rights and prevention of child abuse and neglect
Flexibility and willingness to work irregular and long hours including evenings and weekends and flexibility to travel as required
Maintain annual training requirements/licensure/certifications
Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire
