Responsibilities
Support the team during design, configure, and customize Salesforce application built in Sales, Service or Experience Cloud to meet business requirements
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and requirements
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solutions
Create and maintain detailed documentation for business functionality and processes to ensure compliance and facilitate knowledge sharing
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a Salesforce Business Analyst Role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Preferred
Salesforce Certification: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Experience Cloud
Experience with Salesforce: Experience in administration, configuration, implementation, and support of Salesforce CRM
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to create and prioritize user stories, refine backlog for development team
Experience supporting the development of the technical architecture model of a SFDC project
CPQ (Revenue Cloud) knowledge and certification is a plus
