Responsibilities

Program, set up, and operate Walter Power machines using Tool Studio software and Saacke TTB machines using Numroto software

Inspect finished tools and parts to ensure they meet exact specifications

Diagnose and resolve issues with machine performance, programs, and tool quality

Collaborate on and implement design improvements for cutting tools to optimize performance and efficiency

Operate and maintain a wheel dressing machine

Required

Proven experience as a Cutter/Grinder Technician

Proficiency in programming, setting up, and running Walter Power and Saacke TTB machines

Strong understanding of Tool Studio and Numroto software

Excellent attention to detail and precision in a manufacturing environment

Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and programming issues effectively

Preferred

GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) knowledge is a plus

Familiarity with Zoller tool inspection machines is a plus

Experience with Eurotech measuring machines is a plus
