Responsibilities

Provide technical support by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely manner

Document solutions, processes, and known issues for efficient troubleshooting

Collaborate with engineers or external entities for advanced issue resolution

Participate in after-hours or on-call support as required

Top Secret clearance level must currently possess

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration roles

Familiarity with enterprise-level troubleshooting tools and technologies

Problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
