Hybrid Corporate Recruiter

MSX International is a trusted partner to leading vehicle manufacturers and mobility organizations, seeking a dynamic Corporate Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This role involves full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer, developing strategies to attract top talent, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
Leverage job boards, social media, and recruiting platforms to expand our reach
Keep communication flowing with candidates and internal teams
Manage background checks and reference verifications
Collaborate with the TA team on hiring initiatives and process improvements

Required

Bachelor's degree and 2 – 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for building effective recruiting strategies
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and ATS platforms
Required to report to office minimum 2 times/week
Ability to juggle multiple priorities with confidence and independence
Excellent communication and follow-up skills

Preferred

Automotive industry experience is a bonus
