Responsibilities

Keep the grounds, walkways, stairways, and public areas clean and debris-free

Assist with routine property maintenance and cleaning tasks

Report repair and maintenance needs to the Service Manager

Perform basic maintenance and help prepare units for new residents

Maintain neat and organized work and storage areas

Support the maintenance team with move-outs and turnovers

Help with seasonal tasks such as snow or leaf removal

Clean and maintain pool areas (where applicable)

Adhere to all safety and company policies

Qualification

Required

No prior maintenance or landscaping experience required

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Team player with a positive attitude

Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather

Must be physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks daily

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Preferred

Familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus
