Responsibilities
Leading and coordinating meetings to review and implement new technologies
Partnering with suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams to embed quality throughout the process
Developing inspection methods and procedures to ensure products meet design specifications
Writing, approving, and implementing receiving, in-process, and final inspection procedures
Collaborating with Quality Engineers and Metrology Lab teams on gauges, templates, and inspection tools
Training Quality Control and Manufacturing employees on quality standards and procedures
Supporting root cause analysis and resolution of quality issues across suppliers and production teams
Assisting with capability studies and applying statistical quality control methods
Working with Manufacturing Engineers on new product processes, validations, and capability studies
Supporting Production Introduction Teams with process monitoring recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering/technical discipline
Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills
Preferred
0–2 years of experience in a technical or manufacturing environment
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
