Responsibilities
Use technical and user requirements to create the appropriate KPIs while working with stakeholders to determine relevant targets
Analyze business needs and requirements to understand the business impact of changes in business processes, OT, and other complex technical systems
Design, test, and implement solutions that meet business needs and align with WPMI’s technology strategy
Recommend system and process changes, and work with technical and business stakeholders to implement these changes
Document and evaluate existing business processes and workflows
Create detailed business analysis documents, including project plans, business requirements documents, and functional specifications
Manage and prioritize Infrastructure-related projects based on business needs
Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure the functionality of system solutions
Facilitate training and provide support to business users on new systems or processes; and
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance
Qualification
Required
Above foundation, and demonstrable knowledge of MOW preferred, IT, OT, UI and CE design experience
Six to twelve (6-12) year's of experience with Maintenance of Way preferred, IT, OT, UI, and CX
