Logistics Analyst II

The position involves managing inventory, verifying shipment contents, and collaborating with representatives to address any issues that arise.
Responsibilities
Verify shipment contents against records to ensure accuracy and compliance
Manage inventory by requisitioning and storing shipping materials and supplies
Prepare essential documents for routing materials efficiently
Collaborate with representatives to address issues such as damages or discrepancies
Record and maintain shipment data for reporting and recordkeeping purposes
Choose the most economical and efficient shipping methods and containers
Ensure safe delivery by packing items correctly and verifying shipment requests
Maintain departmental databases and prepare routine reports
Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and safety standards
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned to support the team
Qualification
Required

Effective time management and organizational abilities
Preferred
Experience with MMAS compliance and Federal Acquisition Regulations
Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools
Background in GOCO (Government owned contractor operated) and supply chain experience
