Responsibilities
Design and implement responsive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Develop and maintain applications with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue.js
Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints
Apply UI/UX principles to create intuitive and accessible user experiences
Conduct front-end testing using tools like Jest and Cypress to ensure application quality
Utilize version control systems (Git) and build tools (Webpack, Babel) for efficient development workflows
Collaborate with backend developers to enable seamless data exchange and basic backend integration using Node.js
Implement security best practices and optimize application performance
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the front-end stack
Document development processes and provide technical support to project teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field
Minimum 6 years of experience in front-end or full stack development
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
Experience with responsive design, data visualization, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and UI/UX principles
Familiarity with interactive visualizations, callback functions, and animating updates
Basic experience with backend integration and Node.js
Knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Master's degree
Expertise with dynamic dashboarding featuring complex, interacting data elements
Experience in the biopharma industry or consulting environment
Familiarity with R Shiny and Python Dash application development
Knowledge of accessibility standards and regulatory requirements relevant to life sciences
