Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel and representation in construction law matters, including contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and compliance with regulations
Handle commercial litigation cases, including preparing for trial, managing discovery, and advising clients on potential outcomes
Draft, review, and negotiate corporate transactions and contracts, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation
Assist clients in estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, and advising on tax implications and asset protection strategies
Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations
Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the Maryland State Bar and in good standing
Proven experience in construction law, commercial litigation, corporate transactions, and estate planning
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exhibiting professional integrity
