High School Diploma or equivalent (ASE Certifications preferred)
1–5 years of experience as an automotive technician
Strong understanding of 12 VDC circuits, CAN, DTCs, and PIDS
Experience with OEM or Tier 2/3 technical support
Proficiency in reading wiring diagrams and repair manuals
Skilled with cloud-based diagnostics platforms and remote support tools
Effective communication skills and experience using Microsoft Word/Excel
