Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user guides
Translate requirements gathered by Business Analysts into clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of technical writing experience. (In lieu of a bachelor's degree, plus 4 years of technical writing experience.)
Experience creating SOP's or user guides for a healthcare-related software, or an enterprise-level software (Salesforce, ServiceNow, or any other software used enterprise-wide)
Experience with MS Word and Adobe Acrobat
Candidates MUST reside in the DMV area (Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia)
