Enterprise Sales Director
Hampton North is partnering with a high-growth cybersecurity company to hire an Enterprise Sales Director to lead net-new enterprise revenue. This role involves managing and closing enterprise deals with large organizations, collaborating with various teams to deliver cybersecurity solutions.

Responsibilities
Owning the full enterprise sales cycle from initial prospecting through close
Building and executing against a $1M+ quota with a strong focus on net-new logo acquisition
Selling into complex enterprise environments with CISOs, security leaders, IT, risk, and executive stakeholders
Leading discovery conversations that connect security challenges to measurable business outcomes
Partnering closely with Sales Engineering on demos, proof-of-concept engagements, and technical validation
Managing and accurately forecasting pipeline in CRM
Collaborating with marketing, product, and leadership to support go-to-market execution
Representing the voice of the customer back to internal teams to influence product and strategy
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience selling cybersecurity products in the enterprise market
Proven experience carrying and consistently closing against a $1M+ annual quota
Track record of closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals
Experience working at high-growth, venture-backed cybersecurity companies
Comfort operating in long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Strong executive presence and clear, compelling communication skills
