Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of a global Data Lakehouse architecture supporting analytics and AI/ML use cases
Architect scalable data pipelines across AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake , following Medallion Architecture principles
Integrate complex AEC design data (e.g., Revit, Rhino) with enterprise business systems
Design and manage integrations with systems such as Workday, Salesforce, ERP platforms, and productivity suites
Translate digital transformation goals into enforceable data standards and architectures across regions
Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code and automation using Python, SQL, and Terraform
Establish and audit data governance, access controls, encryption, and compliance practices
Produce and maintain architecture diagrams, data dictionaries, and operational runbooks
Partner with infrastructure, security, and engineering teams to ensure secure and scalable implementations
Contribute to technical scoping, risk identification, and delivery planning for data initiatives

Required

10+ years in data architecture, enterprise data platforms, or digital transformation
Deep expertise in Databricks and AWS; strong understanding of modern data architectures
Hands-on experience integrating ERP systems (e.g., Deltek Vision / VantagePoint)
Proven ability to integrate HR, CRM, and collaboration platforms into enterprise data ecosystems
Strong background in data governance, security, and compliance
Clear communicator able to work with technical teams and senior non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Architecture, or related field

Preferred

Experience with AEC data, large design files, and distributed file systems (e.g., Nasuni/Panzura)
Exposure to AI/ML enablement within enterprise data platforms
