The Senior Manager of Provider Compensation oversees all accounting and finance aspects of physician compensation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with organizational goals while collaborating with various departments to enhance compensation processes.

Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end provider compensation process, including base compensation, incentives, and other compensation components

Partner across the organization to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing related to provider compensation

Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to physicians outlining compensation performance and financial impacts

Collaborate with the broader Finance team to develop and present provider compensation analyses and forecasts to management and senior leadership

Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations; develop and maintain strong internal controls to protect data integrity

Partner with Legal to review employment agreements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations

Maintain an accurate, up-to-date compensation database/system of record

Monitor upcoming contract expirations, renewals, and option periods and provide proactive recommendations to business leaders

Collaborate with senior leadership, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition to develop and align compensation strategies with company goals

Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed
