The role involves managing financial information, ensuring accuracy through recording and reporting, and overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.

Proficient in interpreting tariffs and managing commission structures for accessorial charges

Skilled in administering compensation processes related to APU, CCD, setoffs, and hauling activities

Experienced in resolving commission inquiries from agents and logistics coordinators, as well as executing special compensation adjustments and chargebacks in accordance with company policies

Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and related tools

Ability to review intermediate-level financial transactions

Provide strong customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Work effectively with cross-functional teams

Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

Assist with building-wide administrative tasks as needed

Maintain regular and reliable attendance while performing other duties as assigned to support team and business needs
