Responsibilities
Own and operate cloud infrastructure across Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure, including network architecture, availability, and cost optimization
Define and execute the firm’s cybersecurity strategy, embedding security into cloud and application architecture
Lead identity and access management, zero-trust controls, endpoint security, and incident response readiness
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for trading, research, and core business systems
Act as primary point of contact for investor due diligence, audits, and security reviews (e.g., SOC 2 readiness)
Manage infrastructure and security vendors; evaluate tools and platforms (build vs. buy)
Partner with leadership to translate technical risk into clear business and investment impact
Qualification
Required
10+ years in infrastructure, cloud, and/or security leadership roles
Deep hands-on experience designing and operating AWS and Azure environments
Proven background in cloud security architecture, IAM, network security, and incident response
Comfortable operating as both a strategic leader and a hands-on problem solver
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical teams and senior stakeholders
Preferred
Experience supporting financial services, investment management, or regulated environments strongly preferred
