VASCOR Logistics is seeking an SR IT Project Manager to manage IT projects within the organization. The role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects while overseeing scope, timeline, budget, and resources to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop Project Management processes and procedures for VASCOR, set organizational standards, provide governance, and oversee multiple projects for strategic alignment
Work with internal and external customers to understand project requests, work with resources on project requirements
Communicate with internal and external customers on the status of IT projects, acting as a central point of contact
Hold regular meetings with stakeholders (IT and Operations) to discuss projects and determine prioritization
They define project requirements, create detailed plans, identify risks, and communicate progress, ensuring quality and successful outcomes

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, with a focus in Information Technologies, systems development life cycle, and project management
Proficient in Microsoft Project
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
Proficient in Microsoft Visio
Full understanding of the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
Self-motivated with excellent time management, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation skills both written and oral
Interpersonal Savvy

Functional/Technical Skills
Drive for Results
Problem Solving
5-7 years of experience in project management
