Responsibilities
Lead the Global Technology Organization (GTO) team that is responsible for delivering technology solutions for ERP rollout using in-house and outsourced global teams and operations
Work with the CTO, Senior IT Leadership team, Enterprise Architecture and Global Supply Chain (GSC) Leadership Team to develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for GSC that supports business strategies and priorities for all ERP functions
Act as a trusted advisor while building and maintaining relationships with business executives to develop a clear understanding of business needs
Work with our PMO to develop and oversee the annual operating plan - accountable for budgets covering OPEX and CAPEX
Ensure that all Project/Delivery Managers working on your portfolios have the correct resources to deliver their plans
Provide functional and technical leadership and hands-on, day-to-day support to agile teams in implementation of solutions
Manage and grow the IT Business Analyst and Scrum Master teams and ensure all follow the industry best practices
Lead the design and selection of solutions based on functional, technical, and budgetary considerations
Participate in the assessment of external and internal technology capabilities required to achieve desired competitive positioning
Accountable for managing the technical delivery of Global Supply Chain solutions including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and Tier 3 production support
Build an effective organization that can deliver, support and exploit transition to best-in suite-technologies for Global Supply Chain capabilities
Ensure the relationship between IT and Business teams is open, trusted and effective
Qualification
Required
15+ years of IT and technology experience including a minimum of 8 years of IT leadership and strong people management experience
Experience in deploying multiple ERP implementations (Oracle fusion preferred, SAP, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Supply Chain or related areas plus related experience, and or Master's degree/MBA plus related experience
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and organization design and development
Excellent leadership skills - lead, collaborate, facilitate, and negotiate as necessary
Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills
Experience with ERP (Oracle) and supply chain systems
Experience with Data platform and analytical tools especially within Google Cloud Platform is preferred
Proven experience in DTC and B2B
Proven experience in Retail and/or CPG
Preferred
Preferably proven experience or demonstrated capability in leading IT transformational initiatives in complex and dynamic environments
Global knowledge of Global Supply Chain concepts and best practices preferred
Ability to motivate people, instill accountability and achieve results
Ability to actively participate in new technologies/innovations and demonstrate benefits to users
Ability to abstract complex business and technical concepts and summarize them for various stakeholder groups
Acumen for IT budgeting and financial management for a department
Strong vendor management and partner relations skills
