Responsibilities
Translate complex data into powerful insights
Work cross-functionally with newsrooms, marketing, and audience teams
Help the business understand how audience development drives outcomes
Answer questions regarding audience engagement and business outcomes
Build ad-hoc reports and dashboards
Conduct exploratory analysis and model data to solve business problems
Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and data engineers
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in math, engineering, statistics, econometrics, data science or related quantitative field
Prior experience or internship with data analysis (as an analyst, in analytics, business intelligence or similar)
Familiarity with SQL (BigQuery preferred)
Familiarity with Python for data analysis
Strong verbal and written communication, especially when presenting to non-technical stakeholders
