Responsibilities
Service existing insurance accounts by processing policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
Cross sell clients
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner
Issue certificates of insurance, ID cards, and policy documents
Review policies for accuracy, coverage, and compliance with carrier guidelines
Assist clients with billing questions and payment processing
Support claims reporting and follow up as needed
Qualification
Required
Active Property and Causality license in the state of OR
Previous CSR experience
