Lead and manage shared services teams to deliver high-quality support and services
Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize shared service opportunities
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Implement and manage performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of shared services
Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the shared services teams
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within shared services
Strong skills in strategic planning, process improvement, and change management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
