Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies tailored to diverse business demands, encompassing volume hiring and specialized skill sets across various cadres and roles
Collaborate closely with business units to forecast hiring needs based on project timelines, business growth projections, and skill availability
Utilize a blend of sourcing avenues such as job portals, consultancy partnerships, social networks, and employee referrals to ensure robust candidate pipelines
Coordinate with technical panels to streamline candidate assessment procedures, including organizing and overseeing technical evaluations aligned with role requirements
Conduct thorough HR interviews focusing on cultural fit, salary discussions, and candidate expectations, ensuring alignment with Wipro’s compensation frameworks
Obtain necessary approvals for final hiring decisions and compensation offers, maintaining adherence to organizational salary bands and minimizing cost overruns
Extend formal job offers, proactively engaging with candidates during their decision-making phase to maximize offer acceptance and commitment
Maintain ongoing communication with selected candidates until their onboarding, fostering engagement to reduce attrition risks during the hiring funnel
Facilitate background verification processes by coordinating with relevant internal teams to ensure compliance and candidate authenticity
Provide regular updates and insights to business managers and HR leadership regarding recruitment status, challenges, and anticipated hiring timelines
Deliver a positive and transparent candidate experience by implementing effective pre-hiring engagement tactics, including timely communication and clear process guidance
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Wipro’s standards for responsiveness, compensation fairness, and procedural integrity, aiming to achieve zero escalations related to hiring
Address and resolve candidate queries and grievances promptly, ensuring any negative experiences are mitigated swiftly to uphold the company’s reputation
Meticulously update recruitment data, candidate profiles, and documentation within the recruitment tools, facilitating accurate tracking and reporting
Generate and maintain detailed dashboards on recruitment metrics and progress for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews, supporting data-driven decision making
Engage regularly with Wipro Management Groups (WMG) and other stakeholders to discuss recruitment progress, identify bottlenecks, and strategize solutions for talent acquisition challenges
Conduct routine audits and reviews to uphold data accuracy, process compliance, and confidentiality within recruitment systems and workflows
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in fullcycle recruitment with a focus on supporting highly technical roles
Experience supporting hiring within MSP, BPO, or RPO
Prior experience within the technology industry
