Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
7+ years of experience in accounting oversight, controllership, or senior finance roles
Demonstrated experience managing monthly close, financial reporting, and forecasting
Hands-on experience with accounting systems
Experience with modern financial technology stacks
Preferred
CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred
QuickBooks Online strongly preferred
Experience in professional services or CPA firm environments and service-based business accounting is a plus
