Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of UI Development projects to ensure seamless user experiences
Oversee SiteCore integration to optimize content management and delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives
Provide technical expertise in Energy Supply & Trading and Utilities to drive domain-specific solutions
Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in all development activities
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders
Monitor project progress and report on milestones to ensure timely delivery
Develop and maintain documentation for all processes and systems implemented
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize disruptions in operations
Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and innovation
Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development
Engage with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Contribute to the companys mission by delivering impactful solutions that enhance societal well-being
Qualification
Required
Demonstrate proficiency in UI Development and SiteCore with a minimum of 5 years of experience
Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends
Display excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members
Have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
SiteCore Certification
UI Development Certification
Preferred
Possess domain knowledge in Energy Supply & Trading and Utilities which is considered a plus
