Responsibilities
Prepare and review journal entries and perform analytical review of monthly and quarterly financial statements
Manage relationships with subsidiary accounting teams and oversee consolidated results
Review complex and non-routine transactions
Partner closely with tax, treasury, valuations, FP&A, and financial reporting teams
Deliver consolidated monthly reporting to senior leadership
Lead ad hoc and long-term system implementation and process improvement projects
Qualification
Required
CPA required
4–8 years of senior accounting or controllership experience
Public and private accounting background
Experience in asset management, mortgage, or financial services environments
Strong communicator with a no-task-too-small mentality
