Responsibilities
Stand up and lead a commercial roofing division from early revenue through profitable multi-market growth
Shape and execute the go-to-market plan for low-slope TPO reroof projects, balancing pricing, subcontractor partnerships, and margin protection
Cultivate new and existing owner, GC, and property-management relationships to build a robust opportunity pipeline
Oversee the full project life-cycle: estimating, contract negotiation, subcontractor selection, project execution, safety, and close-out
Own P&L accountability, using data to decide which opportunities to pursue and which to decline
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing field and office team as volume scales
Drive a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in every engagement
Qualification
Required
7+ years of leadership experience in commercial low-slope roofing, with combined operations and sales/business-development responsibility
Demonstrated success delivering reroof projects $500 K–$5 M through a subcontractor model
Strong command of job costing, scheduling, and risk-management principles
Existing network of Florida-based commercial roofing subcontractors and material partners
Entrepreneurial leader comfortable building structure, systems, and teams from the ground up
Valid driver's license and ability to travel in-state up to 40 %
