Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring program success
Coordinate and manage the client analysis schedule to ensure timely reviews
Create and deliver presentations using data from CSI’s internal warehouse and other sources
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize implementation and project management processes
Analyze data using statistical methods and translate findings into clear, actionable insights
Participate in decisions related to data collection, study design, and methodology
Test business applications to ensure system requirements are met
Share knowledge and best practices with internal teams to enhance overall performance

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of business analysis experience, including at least 4 years in financial services
Strong consultative and problem-solving skills with a focus on collaboration
High attention to detail and a proactive, customer-first mindset
Proficiency in tools such as R, SQL, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
Solid understanding of statistical methods and data interpretation
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive presence
Strong project management capabilities
Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%, including overnight trips

Preferred

Experience in B2B sales or fintech is a plus
Banking industry experience is a bonus
