Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Direct line management of BI professionals, including work prioritization, coaching, upskilling, goal setting, and performance management
End-to-End Delivery: Own the delivery of BI solutions, working with internal regional teams and external data engineering teams to ensure quality and impact
Strategic Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between consumers/ops teams and internal technical teams
Insights to Action: Analyze client data to highlight observations, provide recommendations, and influence business decision-making
Stakeholder Management: Proactively manage and resolve stakeholder escalations
Agile Innovation: Leverage an agile environment to incorporate innovative components into existing portfolios while following global BI production standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a similar lead role Business Intelligence or Analytics role
SQL, Tableau is essential
Proven background in managing teams within BI, Data Science, or Analytics is essential
A collaborative leader who thrives in an agile, fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in Talent Acquisition, MSP, RPO, or People Analytics is preferred
Project Management and/or process improvement experience is highly preferred
