Responsibilities
Analyze and report on production costs, material costs, labor, and overhead expenses
Develop and maintain standard cost models and variance analysis
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to understand and improve cost efficiencies
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost forecasts and budgets
Utilize SAP to maintain accurate cost accounting records and reports
Conduct regular audits of cost accounting processes and recommend improvements
Support financial planning and analysis activities by providing cost-related insights
Assist in inventory valuation and management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience as a Cost Accountant in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in SAP and strong understanding of ERP systems
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Level IV Cost Accounting
Recent and robust experience running Cost Accounting in SAP
