Responsibilities
Greets, schedules lessons and court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner
Explains all Tennis programs, services, and equipment to members and assists them with determining their individual needs
Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members
Ensures the pro shop is neat, orderly, and well-stocked
Promotes and sell tennis programs, services, and equipment
Assists the Department Head with inventory and ordering product
Reconciles the cash register at end of shift
Cleans and maintains the Pro Shop
Qualification
Required
Working towards a High School Diploma or GED
1 year of customer service experience
CPR and AED Certified within 30 days of hire
Knowledge of tennis rules and regulations, including score keeping
Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred
