Account Executive – B2B Insurance Sales
PrincePerelson & Associates is partnering with a fast-growing, technology-driven insurance company that’s changing how small businesses protect what they’ve built. They are seeking motivated Account Executives who will work directly with small business owners to secure the right insurance coverage while building a strong, long-term book of business.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle with small and local business clients
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to consult, educate, and close
Become a subject-matter expert in Workers’ Compensation insurance
Handle objections with confidence and resilience
Consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Track activity and performance metrics to drive results
Qualification
Required
Applicants must live in Utah
2+ years of B2B closing experience (small business sales preferred)
Success in a high-volume outbound sales environment
Stable work history with consistent performance
Comfortable with short sales cycles and rejection
Bachelor's degree required
