Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive influencer and affiliate strategy and develop best practices across all channels including organic seeding, paid partnerships, creator affiliates (ShopMy, TikTok Shop), and Substack collaborations

Launch and scale Jones Road's presence on TikTok Shop from ground up, turning it into a powerful new channel

Develop and grow our paid influencer program against core KPIs, focusing on sustainable growth and measurable impact

Lead the partnership ads program in collaboration with the growth team, emphasizing whitelisting content for paid creative success

Build and grow a scalable organic seeding program to efficiently increase brand awareness and nurture an engaged creator community

Develop sustainable sourcing processes to identify and engage top-tier creators

Manage agency relationships and external vendor partnerships to maximize program effectiveness
