Lead and manage a team of 6 project engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution
Focus on aerospace composites, driving innovation and ensuring compliance with industry standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables
Develop and implement strategies for optimizing composite materials in pressure-related applications
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining high-quality standards
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
3-5 years of experience working with aerospace composites, specifically in over pressure applications
Proven track record of leadership and management in engineering projects
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with COPDs (Common Operational Picture Displays) and aerospace industry standards
