Responsibilities
Review of projects for structural adequacy and completeness
Detailed revision of plans to identify problems and assure quality
Collaborate with drafters and engineers as a team to complete projects
Manage projects from initial stages to completion
Conduct, review and sign and seal inspection reports and low rise construction
Direct communication with the contractor for construction administration
Answering contractor field RFIs
Brainstorming as a team to come up with alternative solutions
Masonry, Concrete, Shoring, Reinforcement, Welding and Restoration site inspections
Qualification
Required
Florida licensed (P.E.) Structural Engineer
Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field
Preferred
Etabs, SAFE, Autocad, Enercalc, Mathcad, Excel or their equivalents
Proficiency in English
Spanish, with minimum intermediate level is necessary
