Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and extending offers

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies

Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure a positive candidate experience

Support onboarding and new hire orientation processes

Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, payroll, and general HR matters

Support employee relations issues, including documentation, investigations, and performance management guidance

Assist with compliance efforts related to federal, state, and local employment laws

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

Support benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee communications

Assist with policy updates, handbook maintenance, and HR initiatives

Partner with HR leadership on special projects and process improvements
