Responsibilities
Lead and standardize process engineering systems and best practices across multiple plants
Drive continuous improvement, scrap reduction, and lean initiatives using Six Sigma, SPC, DOE, and data analytics
Partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Engineering to improve productivity and reliability
Establish engineering standards, performance metrics, and process controls
Provide expertise in automation, reliability engineering, centerlining, and process validation
Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams as the function grows
Manage budgets, capital projects, and productivity initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
10+ years of experience in high-speed manufacturing environments
Strong background in process improvement, automation, and lean manufacturing
Proven experience with SPC, DOE, and data-driven decision making
Strong leadership, communication, and multi-site influence skills
Preferred
Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean certification preferred
Experience supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations preferred
