Responsibilities
Answer phone calls for wheelchair requests from airlines
Input Wheelchair Requests and Dispatching Ticket Counters, Arrivals, and Boarding
Communicate the Status of Wheelchair Requests to Airlines
Maintain Radio Communication with Supervisors
Maintain Deviation of Employees, Assign Lunches and Breaks to agents
Maintain Operation Plan and Boarding Log
Assist passengers at the arrival and departure
Communicate any issues to Supervisors
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Exceptional communication skills
Basic Computer skills
A warm and welcoming personality and exceptional customer service skills
Ability to work in a team environment and be a strong team player
Pass required airport background check
Swiftly walk long distances for extended periods of time
