Responsibilities
Deploy SmartSuite Enterprise products to Production on premise and cloud servers using Microsoft DevOps technology
Use SQL Server and the web client to configure the application based on the client's needs
Test the client's workflow to make sure the system is configured correctly
Help troubleshoot application issues affecting our clients
Work with great clients from all over the world!
Qualification
Required
Diploma or Degree from a post-secondary institution in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or other technical fields
We will also consider candidates with a diploma or degree in other fields, in combination with technical skills and experience
Strong willingness to learn and adapt to technical concepts, even without a formal technology background
Customer satisfaction-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Willingness to travel as needed for project deployments and customer support
Preferred
Knowledge of high-availability models and technologies is an asset
Basic understanding of messaging queuing protocols (WebSphere MQ, MSMQ, Rabbit MQ, etc.) is an asset
Familiarity with Azure cloud-hosted SaaS models is an asset
