Responsibilities
Conduct complex root cause analysis on obscure business problems, synthesizing insights and developing clear and concise recommendations
Develop and deliver executive-focused presentations on an as-needed basis
Own project deliverables, timeline, and success criteria, in collaboration with internal analytics partners, business stakeholders, and management
Develop trainings, standard operating processes, and tracking capabilities to enable leaders in the field to execute against corporate initiatives
Provide analytical and project support for a variety of strategy initiatives, in a fluid environment, with a combination of consistent and ad-hoc requests and needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business / Engineering or related quantitative field required
4+ years demonstrated successful experience in analytical and project management roles
Proven track record in development of strategies to solve complex business problems
Strong analytical, problem solving and technical aptitude
Experience creating / structuring a data framework and pulling data from an array of disparate systems to generate analytical insights
Experience in gathering, organizing and reporting various information and data, with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, completeness, responsiveness and accountability
Demonstrated motivation to build consensus, lead work streams, and drive progress on assigned projects
Clear, concise communicator able to interface with all levels of the organization
Strong written and oral presentation skills, including comfort presenting to senior management
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Access (or equivalent analytical software); SQL a plus
Preferred
Prefer work experience includes time with a top-tier strategy consultancy or corporate strategy function
Prior distribution, retail, CPG, or related industry experience preferred
