Marketing Communications Specialist

Collaborative Industries is a management company that supports small to midsized organizations by improving productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness. They are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to lead content development, branding, digital marketing, and outreach initiatives for CI and its partner organizations.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across CI and partner organizations
Create original marketing content, including graphics, written copy, promotional materials, and presentations as needed
Write and edit content in multiple tones and styles to support diverse audiences and brands
Develop and distribute a quarterly email newsletter
Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Indeed, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Design, update, and maintain company and partner websites using Wix
Manage online advertising, outreach, and employer branding efforts
Optimize website and social channels for SEO, engagement, and audience growth
Conduct keyword research and cost/benefit analysis for marketing campaigns
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics and business outcomes
Monitor engagement, reach, and conversion trends to inform future initiatives
Support leadership with data-driven insights related to marketing and recruiting efforts
Serve as chair of the Recruiting and Retention Committee
Support recruiting marketing efforts, including job postings, employer branding, and candidate outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partner organizations
Travel occasionally to partner sites to support initiatives and strengthen partnerships
Plan and manage events to support business development, recruiting, and partner initiatives

Required

Demonstrated experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or marketing coordination
Proven experience writing, editing, and producing content for websites and social media
Strong working knowledge of social media platforms, including Indeed, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Proficiency with graphic design tools like Canva, marketing software, and digital editing platforms
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects independently
Ability to work effectively as the sole marketing role within an organization
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
