Own full P&L responsibility for the branch
Lead, coach, and develop sales, service, and operations teams
Establish performance expectations and hold the team accountable to results
Drive a strong safety culture and operational discipline
Ensure high service levels across maintenance, rentals, and parts
Resolve escalated customer issues with urgency and professionalism
Improve service efficiency, technician utilization, and response times
Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent
Build a high-performance, team-oriented culture
Lead by example with integrity, urgency, and follow-through
Qualification
Required
Proven sales or operations leadership experience
Understanding of the material handling industry
Full P&L responsibility experience
Experience in leading, coaching, and developing teams
Ability to establish performance expectations and hold teams accountable
Experience in driving a strong safety culture and operational discipline
Ability to ensure high service levels across maintenance, rentals, and parts
Experience in resolving escalated customer issues with urgency and professionalism
