Business Development Manager Healthcare
All’s Well is seeking a Business Development & Sales Manager to drive growth within their National Healthcare Staffing Division. This role involves generating new healthcare business, building strategic partnerships, and leading a team of Account Managers to achieve revenue goals.
Responsibilities
Generate and grow new healthcare business nationwide
Build strategic partnerships and expand existing client relationships
Manage a profitable personal desk and support team member desks
Lead, coach, and hold Account Managers accountable to KPIs
Execute sales strategies that increase revenue and client retention
Drive performance through clear communication and consistent follow-up
Qualification
Required
5+ years of healthcare staffing sales leadership experience
Strong knowledge of Contingent, Project, Travel, and Direct Hire staffing
Proven ability to build, lead, and retain sales teams
Confident negotiator with strong communication skills
Highly organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented
Comfortable selling in person and virtually
