The New York State Unified Court System is seeking a Court Analyst to serve as the E-Filing/NYSCEF Coordinator for the Court of Claims in Albany County. This role involves performing confidential analysis, research, planning, and assisting with e-filing processes and technological issues.

Creating and assigning NYSCEF IDs for all CoC judges and staff, as well as conducting training on how to use NYCEF

Troubleshooting specific issues regarding the NYSCEF application/registration

Assisting e-filing users with technological/operational issues

Possess an understanding of key technological systems used in the NYS Unified Court System (UCS), which may include, in addition to NYCEF, one or more of the following systems: the Electronic Document Delivery System (EDDS), the Virtual Evidence Courtroom (VEC), and Advanced Data Base Master (ADBM)
