Manages all System Design Managers, System Designers, Deployment Engineers and System Support resources for each region of the West Division
Assists in pre-sales and post-sales engineering needs for projects and quotes
Research and implement new technologies& product lines
Oversee technical support to operations and service resources, serve as highest level engineering escalation as needed
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Experience in management, operations, and leadership
Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbal manner to customers, vendors and to those within the company
Must possess a positive attitude and be willing to interact with customers, co-workers and other personnel at all times
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to collaborate with many other teams
Ability to create a set of qualifications for a new product
